Invalid range format?
Ensure you're using the correct format: '1-5' for ranges, '3,7,12' for specific pages, or '10-' for 'page 10 to end'. Avoid spaces and use only numbers and hyphens.
Page numbers don't match?
Remember that page numbers start from 1, not 0. If your PDF has a cover page, page 2 in the viewer is actually page 2 in the range.
