Thank you for using PDFaiGen.
PDFaiGen offers both a free tier and paid optional upgrades ("Pro" plans). We want you to be satisfied with our products.
1. Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a PDFaiGen Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must submit your request within 14 days of purchase.
- You must provide your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
After the 14-day period has passed, we generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis only for technical issues that prevented you from accessing or using the Pro features as intended.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days after approval.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
