1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PDFaiGen (https://pdfaigen.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

PDFaiGen is a product of Staksoft (https://staksoft.com). All references to "Service", "us", "we", or "our" refer to PDFaiGen and Staksoft.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the PDFaiGen website for personal or business use, subject to plan limitations, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials (except for output files generated by the tools);
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose (without a Pro license) or for any public display;
  • Attempt to copy, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service or its proprietary components without authorization;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Privacy and Local Processing

We prioritize your privacy. PDFaiGen operates as a client-side tool. This means that:

  • Files never leave your device: Your documents are processed entirely within your web browser using WebAssembly technology.
  • No file uploads to our servers: We do not upload, store, or view your files on our servers.
  • Local AI execution: AI models (OCR, Whisper, etc.) run locally on your machine.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on PDFaiGen's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Staksoft makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Staksoft does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Staksoft or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PDFaiGen's website, even if Staksoft or a Staksoft authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on PDFaiGen's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Staksoft does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Staksoft may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

8. Payment and Refunds

If you purchase a paid plan or subscription, you are subject to our Refund Policy. All payments are securely processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information.
